Rental Options/Capacity and Rates

• Main Event Room
  • Size: 1,200 sq. ft.
  • Capacity: Up to 75 people
  • Rate: $75/hour (2-hour minimum)
  • Amenities: Equipped with a projector and audio for any multimedia needs
• Outdoor Tent (May-October)
  • Capacity: 50+ people
  • Rate: $75/hour (2-hour minimum)
• Custom Options
  • Flexible arrangements to fit your needs

Drink and Catering Options

• Beverage
  • All beer, cider, wine, and spirits must be purchased from Hopshire (New York State products)
    • >100 people, additional $20/hour for an event specific bartender (>150pl, $40/hr)
  • Coffee service: Carafe (approx. 30 cups) from Copper Horse Coffee Roasters
  • Non-alcoholic carafe service (e.g., water, juice, lemonade)
  • Open bar option with tab tracked by tickets
• Catering
  • Outside catering allowed

Seating and Table Layout Options

• Event Room Setup
  • Approximately 14 tables (ranging from 4 ft to 8 ft), seating up to 70 people
  • Additional folding tables and stand-up round cocktail tables available
  • Customizable table and seating arrangements to fit your event needs

Time Slot Expectations

• Include setup and cleanup time in your booking
• Minimum booking: 2 hours

Booking and Payment Details

• Deposit: $100 to hold time-slot, unless otherwise discussed
  • Applied to total room rental charge
• Payment Methods: Credit card, check, or cash at Hopshire during business hours, or over the phone
