Ithaca is Oranges

Sour beer fans, this one is for you.    This very tart kettle sour has a citrus kick from blood orange.  Kettle sours are traditional in European beers and use lactobacillus to lower the pH of the beer.  The name is our respectful nod to that other famous Ithaca slogan.
