Cheese & Beer Pairing: Shire in the Shire

Once again Lively Run Dairy and Hopshire Farm Brewery are collaborating to tantalize your taste buds. This informal pairing event will enable you to be creative and invent your own beer and cheese pairings. We are excited to introduce the new cheese from Lively Run, a hard cow cheese brined with Hopshire Shire Ale. Lively Run cheese will be available for purchase along with their new cookbook “Cooking With Cheese in the Finger Lakes” in which Hopshire’s Beehave honey ale is showcased.

$10 for 5 pairs of tickets = 5 beer and cheese tastings of your choice.
