This copper colored ale has a depth that goes beyond its initial malty nose. The simple grain bill includes pilsen, Special B and Munich malts. Lightly hopped to tip the scales to the malty side. New York malt and hops are used along with those from Europe to create an intercontinental brew. Complexity comes from the Trappist yeast which converts sugar into rich flavors of fruit and spice.
