In addition to primarily teaching alignment yoga\, she also loves teaching acro yoga\, yin yoga\, guided meditations\, sound healings and yoga nidra.

Thrilling your senses and filling the dance floor\, Pocket Bandits engage their audience with dynamic original compositions\, as well as crowd-pleasers by The Beatles\, Chappell Roan\, Steely Dan\, and even the Super Mario Brothers. The band released their debut LP\, Nine by Pocket Bandits\, in January 2025. Their song “Second Drink” was featured on the Office Ladies podcast\, hosted by Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey of NBC’s hit sitcom The Office (2005-2013). \nFood available. \n

She has been practicing yoga for 20 years\, teaching for 10 years and has over 700hrs of YTT (yoga teacher training). Lindsay got her start by teaching in rock climbing gyms all over Orlando\, FL. In addition to primarily teaching alignment yoga\, she also loves teaching acro yoga\, yin yoga\, guided meditations\, sound healings and yoga nidra.
